Who is SanaPower for?

SanaPower is a daily muscle and vitality supplement for men and women over 50 who want to look after their muscles alongside enough protein, regular movement and rest. It isn't suitable for anyone under 18, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you take medication or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before use.

How do I take SanaPower?

Two capsules a day with a glass of water, ideally with a meal. You can also take one in the morning and one at midday. No powders to mix and no shakes.

How long does one bottle last?

Each bottle holds 60 capsules, which is 30 days at two capsules a day. The 3-bottle package lasts 90 days and the 6-bottle package 180 days.

Does SanaPower contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. SanaPower contains calcium HMB, holy basil extract, ashwagandha extract, L-carnitine, Panax ginseng extract, vitamin B12 and chromium, with no caffeine and no stimulants. The capsule shells are vegan.

When should I expect to notice anything?

It varies from person to person. SanaPower is a daily formula, not a quick fix, and taking it every day for two to three months gives it a fair chance. Results are not guaranteed.

Does SanaPower replace protein or exercise?

No. Enough protein and regular exercise, especially resistance exercise, remain the foundations of muscle health. SanaPower adds selected ingredients to that routine. It is not a treatment for any disease.

How long does delivery take?
